The small village of Goldsithney is one mile from the ancient town of Marazion, famous for the enchanting island and castle of St Michael's Mount and the stunning beaches of Mount's Bay. Tregurtha Barn is a detached barn conversion situated in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of Goldsithney, which boasts two pubs, a shop and a Post Office. Tastefully furnished, Tregurtha Barn has a large enclosed garden, patio and a gated driveway with parking for two cars.

In the lounge there is a woodburner for those cooler evenings and patio doors open to the rear of the property where one large step leads onto the garden. With a ground floor bedroom, shower room and a choice of twin beds or a six-foot double bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms, the barn can easily accommodate couples or families of various ages.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Praa Sands, Marazion and Perranuthnoe; Penzance and St Ives. Sennen Cove is popular for surfing and water sports (there are body boards and buckets and spades at the property for you to borrow).

Tourist Attractions: In Penzance the art deco Jubilee outdoor swimming pool and subtropical Morrab Gardens, the picturesque harbour and Tate Gallery in St Ives. Further afield is the Land’s End Experience.
