Situated in a peaceful location and
surrounded by countryside, West Perry Hay is an attractive,
spacious, semi-detached property on the edge of the village of
North Chideock. The property is adjacent to a working farm, with
unusual animals such as emus and rheas along with pigs, cows,
sheep and goats. The owners are happy to show you around and
introduce you to the animals, so don’t forget your wellies!
Inside, you can relax in the large, comfortable lounge in front
of the woodburner, or make use of the MULTI-GAMES TABLE in the
separate living area which can be used for pool, table tennis or
table hockey. There is a wet room on the ground floor with a
wide door and grab rails. The kitchen has a farmhouse style
table and there is also a dining room. Upstairs there are three
pretty bedrooms and another two bathrooms.
Nearest Coastline: The beaches at
Seatown, Charmouth and Lyme Regis.
Tourist Attractions: Mangerton Mill,
the Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens, Seaton Tramway,
Forde Abbey, Cerne Abbas and Corfe Castle. Fossil hunting along
the Jurassic Coast and fishing trips around the bay.
